Eligibility / Qualification Required:
QA/QC Engineer ensures projects meet, or exceed, technical specifications, ISO standards, and Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations. Key duties include conducting site inspections, managing materials, preparing ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and issuing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
Key Responsibilities
• Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect daily construction activities, including civil, structural, and finishing works, to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Material Verification: Review technical data sheets, inspect incoming materials, and ensure material submittals match site installations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare Inspection Requests (IRs), maintain inspection reports, test records, and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for prompt resolution.
• Compliance Monitoring: Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and local regulations.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams to address quality issues and facilitate final project handover.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in UAE/GCC construction projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, testing methods, and quality control tools.
• Certification: Specialized certifications (e.g., ISO, QA/QC training) are often preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality management software, along with excellent report-writing skills.
