Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Senior Project Civil Engineer leads large-scale infrastructure or building projects, managing site activities, ensuring adherence to UAE codes, and directing teams to meet budget and schedule targets. Key roles involve reviewing technical designs, managing subcontractors, performing QA/QC, and coordinating with clients and consultants for high-rise, or civil projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Directing all on-site civil works from project inception to handover, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
• Technical Leadership: Reviewing structural drawings, technical submittals, and material compliance; resolving technical RFIs and construction challenges.
• Site Supervision & Compliance: Overseeing contractors and site engineers, conducting site inspections, and enforcing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with client representatives, consultants, and relevant Abu Dhabi authorities for approvals.
• Progress Reporting: Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports, monitoring cost-effectiveness, and managing documentation.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - • ADM License - Classified Engineer “ Specialized” – “Building Construction of all types Contracts” is mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a similar senior role, preferably within a consultancy or project management firm.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in structural software, AutoCAD, and high-rise/industrial construction projects.
• Certifications: ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) or DM (Dubai Municipality) approval is often a significant advantage.
