Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are currently partnering with a prominent semi-government real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi and are looking to appoint a Draftsman/3D Modeler.
This position is responsible for supporting the design team in transforming architectural concepts into precise CAD drawings and high-quality 3D models. The role plays a key part in developing pre-concept and visualization packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the overall design intent.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models from architectural concepts and plans
• Produce high-quality visualizations using tools such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Lumion
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, annotations, and technical detailing
• Manage revisions, updates, and version control throughout the design process
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to refine models and designs
• Maintain file organization standards and ensure software interoperability
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with design standards
• Support project timelines and deliverables while handling multiple projects
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in design, drafting, and 3D modelling (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, etc.)
• Solid understanding of architectural design, visualization, and documentation processes
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design and modelling work
