Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Key Responsibilities
• Cost Management & Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budget forecasts, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for building, infrastructure, or civil projects.
• Contract Administration: Manage tender processes, analyze bids, and prepare tender reports.
• Variations & Claims: Identify, measure, and value changes in scope; manage contractor and subcontractor claims, variations, and payments.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and final account settlements.
• Site Management: Conduct site visits, review drawings for accuracy, and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills
MANDATORY - • ADM License - Classified Engineer “ Specialized” – “Building Construction of all types Contracts” is mandatory.
Experience: 10+ years in construction sector specifically within the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and estimation software such as CCS Candy.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE building codes, local procurement regulations, and standard measurement methods (e.g., POMI).
