Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Purpose
The Tender Manager is responsible for managing the complete tendering and bidding process for civil construction projects. This includes reviewing tender documents, coordinating with technical and commercial teams, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring submissions are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage the full tender process from tender invitation to bid submission.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and planning teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
• Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations for tender pricing.
• Participate in cost estimation, pricing strategy, and risk analysis.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid results, and project data.
• Attend tender clarification meetings with clients and consultants.
• Support management during negotiation and contract award stages.
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in tendering or estimation roles.
• Experience in infrastructure, building, or EPC projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, cost estimation, and contract documentation.
