Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:• Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring safety, and efficiency, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure the continuous availability of consumables, tools, and resources.
• Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, maintaining accurate records of usage and generating detailed utilization reports.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate advanced laboratory instruments for experiments, testing, and research activities.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, technicians, and academic staff to support research projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Required Skills:
Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Qualification:Qualification: • BE in Metallurgy, Materials, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong communication, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with experience in the procurement, installation, and operation of high-tech equipment will be given preference.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
General Conditions:
The position is project-based/contractual and will be offered for a specified period (extendable based on performance and availability of funds).
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
The selected candidate will be required to join immediately.
The appointment will be subject to verification of academic credentials, experience, and other relevant documents.
