Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Critical Competencies for Success

• Professional Tax qualification from a primary jurisdiction
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• 6-10 years of experience in international tax matters
• Exposure to Swiss and APAC tax systems strongly preferred
• Experience in dealing with Tax Authorities generally speaking
• Experience in managing external service providers
• Ability to effectively communicate complex tax issues to non-tax people
• Enthusiasm for managing tax matters in a commercial environment and willingness to learn and expand responsibilities
• Ability to prioritize and take ownership of work
• Ability to build strong working relationships and demonstrate organizational skills with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills
• Great verbal and written communication: fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
• Willingness to travel globally (up to 20%) and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
